Black Tea
Black tea (known in China as red tea) is a fully oxidized tea. The leaves are withered, rolled, oxidized and dried. It brews a deep ruby-red cup with a sweet, mellow, smooth taste and notes of fruit, flowers or honey. It is lovely on its own and makes a great base for milk tea. Classic examples include Lapsang Souchong, Jin Jun Mei, Keemun and Dianhong.
